What is your return policy?: We accept returns of up to 28 days after purchase. We will not be able to accept returns for products that have been worn and had their tags removed.
How do I return an item?: You can return your item through your local Post Office. Standard rates apply.
Where do I return it to?: You will find the return address details on the returns note enclosed in your parcel (This is not a pre-paid slip).
When will I get my refund?: We aim to process refunds as soon as we receieve the returned items. It can take up to 3 business days to receive your return. Please allow up to 8 days from the date of return for funds to be issued back into your account.
